Today marks the first public reveal of two games I have been designing in parallel — worlds built from the ground up in design documents, systems architecture, and world bibles before a single line of engine code.
This is not a release. This is a signal.
Both projects will have playable demos at IGDC 2026 the India Game Developer Conference in Chennai, October 28–29.
PROJECT 01 · NARRATIVE EXPLORATION · ACTION RPG
UNKINDNESS OF RAVENS
One last odyssey across a doomed world.
A dying planet. A fraction of the population escaping aboard massive evacuation ships — Ravens. You are a rookie crow pilot, flying a steampunk mechanical familiar across crumbling cities, forgotten vaults, and disappearing communities.
Time is the mechanic. When the Raven launches, the story ends. Whether you've earned your seat is the game.
Narrative exploration · Aerial combat · Faction reactivity · Moebius-inspired art
PC · Console · UE5
PROJECT 02 · NARRATIVE SYSTEMS · REACTIVE WORLD
KOEL :SPY on Cholan SEA
The island remembers everything you do.
A single dense port city in the medieval Indian Ocean trade world. No zones to escape to. No morality meter to game. Every choice you make happens in a space where people saw it, heard about it, or will feel its consequences next week.
Koel is a reactive story system — four interconnected layers tracking faction disposition, world state, NPC memory, and how physical spaces evolve in response to the player. The feedback is the world. A changed district. A closed door. A merchant who no longer meets your eyes.
Faction reactivity · Consequence simulation · Historical world · 10th century Indian Ocean setting
PC · Console · UE5
